Job summary

ZW Packaging Sdn Bhd in Penang invites a proactive assistant to support Business Development and Sales Engineers in preparing quotations from customer drawings and specifications, coordinating with internal teams for costing and technical details, and maintaining records of enquiries and follow-ups.

You will communicate quotation status to customers, assist in proposals and tender submissions, ensure accurate data entry, and help coordinate delivery timelines while providing general admin

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development / Sales Engineers in preparing quotations based on customer drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain costing and technical information for quotation preparation.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers regarding quotation status and basic product enquiries.
• Support sales team in preparing reports, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping for sales activities.
• Assist in coordinating delivery timelines with relevant departments.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
