Job summary

PROFESSIONAL TESTING SERVICES SDN.BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administration professional to prepare quotations for laboratory testing services based on price lists and client requirements.

You will input data into Autocount for quotations, Sales Orders and Invoices, and follow up with customers to review quotations and close billing on POs.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales admin, Excel proficiency, strong communication, and an analytical mindset, in a lab/testing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Finance/Science.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, quotation preparation, or billing coordination.
• Experience in a laboratory or testing services environment is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for price lists and calculations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for laboratory testing services based on price lists and client requirements.
• Input data accurately in Autocount – Quotation, Sales Order and Invoice.
• Follow up with customers on quotations to review or revise and track hit rate.
• Follow up with customers on Purchase Orders to close billing and ensure prompt invoicing.

Job description

Prepare quotations for laboratory testing services based on established price lists and client requirements.

Comprehensive and accurate input in Autocount - Quotation, Sales Order and Invoice.

Follow up with customers on the provided quotation to see if there is a need to review/ revise the quotation and keep track of quotation hit rate.

Follow up with customers on the Purchase Order to close billing.

Ensure invoice is billed in a prompt manner for the completed jobs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Commerce/ Finance/ Science.

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, quotation preparation, or billing coordination.

Experience in a laboratory or testing services environment is a strong plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for managing price lists and calculations.
