Job summary

Biochem Laboratories Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is expanding its Sales & Marketing team in Penang and Johor Bahru, seeking passionate, energetic individuals to drive growth and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in laboratory, industrial, environmental, or technical sales will have an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and travel for customer visits.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand customer accounts across various industries
• Promote laboratory testing, environmental, occupational safety & health, and analytical services
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups on enquiries and quotations
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with technical and laboratory teams to provide suitable solutions to customers
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and purchase orders to achieve sales targets
• Support marketing activities, exhibitions, industry events, and branding initiatives
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
• Assist in payment collection and customer account follow-up when necessary
