CNS Construction Sdn Bhd in Melaka is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a full-time basis. You will handle project costing, tender preparation and cost control across multiple sites, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in building construction is an added advantage.

• Good numerical, communication and negotiation skills.

CNS Construction Sdn Bhd is a CIDB G7 Main Contractor based in Melaka, specialising in building and construction works. As our projects continue to grow, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

What You’ll Be Handling

Work on project costing, quantity take-offs and tender preparation.

Prepare and monitor progress claims throughout the project.

Assess variations and assist with the preparation of VO submissions.

Check subcontractor quotations, claims and supporting documents.

Keep track of project costs and contractual records.

Assist with final account preparation and settlement.
