JAWAT JOHAN SDN. BHD. invites qualified candidates for the position of Quantity Surveyor in Lahad Datu, Sabah. The role focuses on cost estimation, quantity take-offs, tender reviews, and contract documentation to support project costing and budgeting.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience, good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Working experience in quantity surveying firm is an added advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good team player with ability to work independently, resourceful and work well under pressure.

Responsabilités

• To prepare of details estimates and Bills of Quantities of Project Costing.
• To prepare & perform quantity taking off, valuation, variation orders and final account
• To responsible in tender/contracts review, drafting agreements, preparing tender and contracts documents.
• Able to evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission, BQ & cost estimation, follow up of projects, handle claim and payment for the project.
• Monitor budget and keep track of direct costs on projects.
• Able to liaise with client, consultant, suppliers, sub-contractors and authorities.

Quantity Surveyor– Lahad Datu

Responsibilities:
