Job summary

S & H Quantity Surveyors Sdn Bhd, a quantity surveying consultancy based in Selangor, invites fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our team. You will assist in cost estimates, measurement and tender activities, and liaise with clients and contractors.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying and have a solid foundation in measurement and Bills of Quantities, with proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying is required or welcomed.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in measurement, quantity take-off and Bills of Quantities.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

S & H Quantity Surveyors Sdn Bhd is a quantity surveying consultancy firm based in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. We invite fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our quantity surveying consultancy team.

Key responsibilities

Assist in preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities and tender documents

Carry out measurement and quantity taking-off from drawings

Assist in tender evaluation and preparation of tender reports

Assist in assessing progress claims, variations and final accounts

Attend site valuations and project meetings as required

Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors on project matters

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Prior experience in a QS consultancy firm is an advantage for experienced candidates

Good foundation in measurement, taking-off and preparation of Bills of Quantities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of QS measurement software is an advantage

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to work as part of a team
