Job summary

MINCONSULT Sdn Bhd is seeking a Fresh Graduate Quantity Surveyor to assist in cost management, estimation, measurement, tendering, and contract administration under the guidance of Project Management and Contract Administration teams.

You will gain hands-on exposure to cost control, progress valuation, and documentation across construction projects, with opportunities to learn PAM/JKR/CIDB standards and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction contracts (PAM / JKR / CIDB standards is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender documents

The Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduate) is responsible for supporting the cost management and contractual aspects of construction projects. The role involves assisting in cost estimation, measurement, tendering, and contract administration under the guidance Project Management and Contract Administration.
