Job summary

SETIA URUSHARTA SDN. BHD is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, tendering, and cost management across projects in Semenyih, Malaysia. The role involves liaising with clients and suppliers, reviewing valuations, and ensuring accurate QS documentation.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience, good analytical and negotiation skills, and be willing to travel to sites as needed. Proficiency in Excel and Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Construction.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing, tendering and project claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
