Job summary

Jeb Interiors Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage quotations, cost analysis, and tender evaluations for multiple projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will prepare purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and plan preliminary schedules while coordinating with sub-trades and suppliers.

You will handle tender quantities, progress claims, variations, final cost reconciliation, and contract documentation. Strong detail orientation and communication are essential in this on-site role within a

Responsibilities

• Provide competitive quotation with profit sheet
• Prepare quotations, including analysing and evaluating for costing of tender
• Prepare purchase orders for materials and parts and monitor delivery schedule for on time shipments
• Able to plan and provide preliminary work schedule as required
• Ability in sourcing and organizing and quotations from all related sub-trades
• Check off quantity for tender and on-going projects
• Handles work-in-progress monitoring and progress claims submissions
• Handle payment request received from subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor variation costs and carry out cost checks throughout the contract period
• Sourcing/enquiring, compile quotation and prepare cost analysis
• Preparation of specifications and bills of quantities
• Maintain proper and complete set of contract documents
• Manage project changes with documentation and issue Variation orders accordingly throughout the contract period
• Reconcile and advise the project final cost with contractors and prepare the Statement of Final Accounts
• Any other duties assigned by QS Manager
