Job summary

CNECC Engineering (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to contribute to cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects. You will prepare tender documents, review subcontractor quotations, and monitor cost performance to identify variances.

Qualifications include a Diploma or higher in relevant fields, experience in cost estimation, familiarity with local standards, and proficiency in Excel and QS software. English and Malay fluency are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or Civil Engineering
• Experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation for construction projects
• Familiar with Malaysian construction cost standards and local market rates
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS software
• Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
