Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, tender submissions, valuations, and final accounts. The role involves reviewing contractors' claims and delivering timely cost information to management for informed decision-making.

Candidates should hold a Quantity Surveying qualification and have strong willingness to learn, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma or certificate in Quantity Surveying.
• Preferably 8 years of post-qualification experience in QS consultancy or related QS work (consultant/construction).
• Willing to learn and able to receive proper guidance and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and review of project cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, progress valuations, variation orders and final accounts.
• Review and assess contractors' claims with proper documentation for evaluation.
• Deliver accurate and timely cost information to management to support project and financial decisions.

Requirements:

• A Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying
• Preferably 8 years post graduate of working experience in QS consultancy firm or with working experience involving quantity surveying work. (Consultant / Construction)
• Willing to learn.
• Proper guidance and training will be provided to you to carry out your work.
