PEMBINAAN TAJRI SDN BHD in Kelana Jaya, Selangor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, budgets, and financial control throughout the construction lifecycle. You will provide expert cost management and commercial advice to support profitability and project delivery.

The role requires a recognised Quantity Surveying qualification, 3–5 years of experience, and strong skills in cost estimation software, BIM, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Recognised Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent.
• Pro registration with AIQS/RICS or Malaysian bodies desirable.
• 3–5 years of professional QS experience in construction.
• Strong cost estimation, BIM and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of Malaysian contracts and procurement practices.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimise spend.
• Manage tender documents, contracts, and variations.
• Monitor expenditure and produce regular cost reports/forecasts.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for pricing.
• Assess and manage claims, variations, and scope changes.
• Perform site inspections to verify quantities and progress.
• Maintain comprehensive project records and financial data.
• Provide cost advice to senior management and stakeholders.
