Job summary

Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction Decoration Co.,Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements. You will liaise with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors, and prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets and other documents.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in fit-out contractor firm.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Fluent in Mandarin listening, speaking, and writing.
