Job summary

Hoyi Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for interior A&A and renovation projects. You will handle commercial and quantity surveying matters, prepare cost estimates, quantities, and Bills of Quantities, and review drawings to determine quantities and costs.

You will also prepare and evaluate tenders from subcontractors and suppliers, and negotiate quotations to secure competitive pricing.#{''}

Qualifications

• Experience in interior A&A and renovation projects is required.
• Ability to prepare cost estimates and quantities from drawings.
• Experience reviewing architectural, structural, M&E drawings for quantities.
