Hoyi Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for interior A&A and renovation projects. You will handle commercial and quantity surveying matters, prepare cost estimates, quantities, and Bills of Quantities, and review drawings to determine quantities and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior A&A and renovation projects is required.
• Ability to prepare cost estimates and quantities from drawings.
• Experience reviewing architectural, structural, M&E drawings for quantities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities for interior A&A and renovation works.
• Review drawings to determine project quantities and costs.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders and quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Obtain, compare and negotiate quotations to achieve competitive pricing.
