Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying in the construction (infrastructure) field.
• Knowledge of Pre and Post Contract processes.
• Experience working with AutoCAD and validating quantities from drawings.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and perform quantities take-off.
• Cost estimation and preparation of variation orders.
• Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, sub-contractor claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process.
• Attend site meetings / valuations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
