JOB DESCRIPTION FOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / SITE ENGINEER

Familiar and understanding of drawings and taking-off quantities

Hands-on on materials pricing, plant and machinery cost

Preparing, monitoring, and control of project budget

Reviewing plans, record-keeping for all design changes and variation works

Well communication among the project team, especially the operation department

Negotiation with sub-contractors and suppliers

Preparing and submission of progress claims to clients on the monthly basis

Preparing and estimation for tender submission

Initiative and work smart in problem-solving

Other assignments as and when needed and instructed by the management
