• Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering Civil or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in construction field
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and diligently

Prepare monthly site valuation report and work progress report. Coordinate with contractor and site personnel. Prepare the sub-contractor's monthly claims for manager approval. Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims.
