Zusammenfassung

PT Lumintu Insan Mandiri is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on major power transmission and heavy infrastructure projects in Malaysia. You will manage budgets, prepare invoices, administer NEC and FIDIC contracts, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to protect project value and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in QS/CE/CM, at least five years of experience, and willingness to travel to sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years in quantity surveying for power transmission or heavy infrastructure projects.
• NEC/FIDIC contracts knowledge.
• Primavera P6 or AutoCAD (advantage).
• RICS, CIOB, or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Willing to travel to project sites.
