Job summary

CreteArt Design Studio in Penang is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to perform and prepare pre-contract and post-contract documentation, manage project costing, budgeting, and cost control.

The role requires a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel; Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Performing and preparing pre-contract documentation.
• Performing and preparing post-contract documentation.
• Manage project costing, budgeting, and cost control.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on contract-related matters.
• Carry out quantity take-offs for tendering purposes.
• Support contract administration and commercial management of projects.
