Job summary

HHR SETIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans for construction projects in Malaysia.

You will review drawings, specifications and tender documents to determine quantities and costs, identify cost savings, and prepare tender documents and pricing schedules. Responsibilities include obtaining quotations, conducting tender evaluations, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, and preparing interim payment applications,
