Job summary

Mirecont Sdn Bhd in Sarawak is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor/Procurement professional to support procurement, planning and budgeting activities for construction projects. The role involves cost control, contract administration and timely delivery of materials.

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying and 2–3 years of construction experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• 2–3 years working experience in construction.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Open for Contract for Services (Starting Salary: RM4,000.00).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Check material specification orders and delivery dates.
• Process payment claims as instructed by supervisor.
• Prepare and submit tender and contract documents.
• Handle progress valuation, payment certificates and variation orders.
• Perform contract administration and procurement work.
