Job summary

SHINRYO (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a qualified professional to manage notices, cost control and commercial aspects on ME P projects in Kuala Lumpur.

You will record site activities, prepare payments to subcontractors, and compile monthly reports with the project team. Must be able to work independently and travel as required.

Experience in mechanical and electrical disciplines is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Experience in Mechanical & Electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage notices and claims to Client per the Contract.
• Record and monitor all site activities and costs.
• Prepare and summarize all measured works.
• Maintain schedule of submissions, approvals, inspections, variations.
• Prepare Sub Contractor payments and monitor site works.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports with PM and site team.
• Maintain all MEP QS documents and logs applicable.
• Coordinate with all departments for project execution.
• Experience in mechanical & electrical projects.
• Cost evaluations and monthly valuations.

Job description

Manage notices and claims to Client according to the Contract

Recording and monitoring of all site activities and costs being expended on the project

Preparation and summaries of all measured works

Maintain a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc

Preparation of Sub Contractors payments and recording / monitoring of all site works

Preparation of Monthly Commercial reports in conjunction with PM and site team

Maintain all MEP QS documents and logs / registers applicable

Co-ordinate with all company departments as required for the execution of the Project

Experienced in Mechanical & Electrical projects

Experience in cost evaluations, monthly valuations, project measuring.

Possess Bachelor Degree in related fields

Able to work independently
