Job summary

Khai Shian Construction Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to support civil and building projects. You will prepare Bills of Quantities, establish unit rates and cost estimates, and monitor project budgets with a focus on value and accuracy.

You will evaluate subcontractors, suppliers and clients, handle progress claims and contractual disputes, and prepare final accounts. The role requires strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Survey/Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in civil or building works.
• Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
