Responsibilities

• Handling and monitoring monthly progress
• Assessing and evaluate sub-contractor/ supplier payments
• Assessing variation order, extension of time, loss and expenses
• Measurement, taking off quantities for pre-tender and post-contract stage
• Liaising with site and assist in material procurement and material schedule control
• Liaising with consultant, main contractor coordination meetings when necessary
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
