Job summary

TME BUILDERS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Kuala Lumpur to manage financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. This full-time role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

You will work with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, with some days from home. A degree in Quantity Surveying and proficiency in Excel/AutoCAD are essential. CIDB-related high-rise projects are involved.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Proficiency with quantity surveying software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Post Tender Experience Required – 3 to 5 years
• Preferably High Rise Construction Experience
• Able to complete Project monthly progress claims and Subcontractors’ Payment certification
• Submission as well as assessment of Variation and Change Orders
• Work Life Balance emphasis acceptable
• Working from Home on certain days of the week acceptable

About the role

TME BUILDERS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence and financial performance across all our construction ventures.
