CPE Builders Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Selangor. You will grow your career while shaping large-scale projects, bringing fresh ideas to budgeting and cost control.

You will review drawings, prepare cost estimates, manage contracts with suppliers, track project costs, and support tender submissions. Our fast-moving, collaborative environment rewards proactive financial analysis and solid client communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a QS.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry practices.
• Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Great communicator with strong teamwork and client-handling skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Familiar with Malaysian construction regulations and standards.
