You will prepare cost estimates, manage bills of quantities and tender documentation, evaluate quotations, and monitor project expenses to safeguard profitability on site in Perak.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Sound technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering quantity surveying and architectural works.
• Well verse with AutoCAD software system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for construction projects.
• Prepare and issue request for quotation, evaluate quotations, negotiate and prepare recommendation to management.
• Manage the issue of all project claims to clients and ensure all claims are issued before due date.
• Be responsible for proper site administration of construction contracts and obtaining all necessary permit licenses and tender of projects.
• Develops, implements and updated project status information and monitoring systems to evaluate project budgets and administers their execution.

About the role
CLCE Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in our construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, project profitability, and adherence to budgetary constraints. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project costs, from initial estimation through to final account settlement. This role is essential to the success of our construction ventures and offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects within the civil and structural engineering sector.

Key responsibilities

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for construction projects

Prepare and issue request for quotation, evaluate quotations, negotiate and prepare recommendation to management.
