Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Technician to support Quality Engineers in the production operation. You will help ensure parts and processes meet customer requirements at each stage of manufacturing, perform tests, and take corrective actions to rectify non-conformances.

You will also help maintain the Quality Management System, report data, and assist in reviewing drawings, inspection reports, and problem/quality complaints, identifying areas for improvement in FAIR processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a FAIR/Quality Technician.
• High-level of visual awareness.
• Good organizational skills.
• Experience drafting reports and collating data.
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.

Assist/support the Quality Engineers by providing production expertise to resolve Quality issues within the production operation. Ensure that the product meets customer’s requirements (both internal and external) at each stage of its manufacturing process, carrying out relevant testing and where necessary take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues. Report quality issues data, ensuring the Quality Management System is adhered to at all stages
