Job summary

Alpha Alliance is seeking a Quality Management lead to establish and maintain integrated management systems across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and QC 080000. You will drive ongoing certification activities, audits, and management reviews while coordinating cross-departmental compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong knowledge of multiple ISO standards, an Internal Auditor Certificate, and hands-on experience in APQP/PPAP and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and MSA.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Hold an Internal Auditor Certificate.
• Proficient in establishing and standardizing APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, QC 080000).
• Lead certification, surveillance, and recertification audits; coordinate corrective actions and closure verification.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; oversee management reviews and cross-departmental compliance.
• Standardize cross-department processes for quality, document control, and supplier quality systems.
• Coordinate customer and third-party audits; ensure traceability and robust documentation.
