Responsibilities

• Perform Internal audits for QMS ISO 9001 to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate external audits (ISO 9001, product safety, customer) and handle logistics.
• Manage process compliance audits and reporting.
• Follow up CAPAs with cross-functional teams to close non-conformities.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Managing and perform Internal audit for QMS ISO 9001 to ensure compliance with quality standards.


• Coordinate and managing the audit from external parties (ISO 9001, product safety audit and customer audit) including responding to checklist and logistic arrangements.


• Managing the process compliance audit and reporting.


• Follow-up with cross functional team on the corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure of non-conformities.


• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
