Job summary

KCP Projects in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support tender activities, site measurements and budget control for projects in the region.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, 1–4 years' experience in QS/Contract, and proficiency with AutoCad, SQL System and DingTalk System.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 1 - 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably QS or Contract
• Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare and compile tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications
• Carry out site measurement, site valuation and follow up on site progress claim & payment
• Check materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate and within project budget
• Implement and ensure all policies and procedures per ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 standards
