Job summary

SRX Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Business Process Engineer (QA Engineer) to optimise operational processes, implement quality assurance protocols and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will ensure products meet quality standards while streamlining processes to boost efficiency and profitability.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and at least 5 years’ related experience, with QMS/EMS internal auditing and strong knowledge of PCBA and box

Qualifications

Experience in QA engineering and process improvement.
Strong auditing and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 13485) and IATF 16949.
Knowledge of PCBA and box build production processes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Support customer audits and compliance activities including product certification.
Review and improve business and operational processes for profitability.
Lead Kaizen and continual improvement programs across departments.
Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 programs.
Conduct audits, write quality manuals, procedures and work instructions.
Handle incoming/outgoing inspection and analyze defects.
Manage customer feedback and prepare quality reports for review.
