Job summary

HKSM Sports Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA Engineer to uphold product quality and drive continuous improvement across production. You will ensure compliance with QMS ISO 9001 and EMS ISO 14001 while working with cross-functional teams to monitor and improve quality.

Responsibilities include identifying nonconforming product, maintaining documents and records, reviewing calibration of equipment, and supporting CAPAs and PFMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical engineering / Material / Manufacturing Engineering.
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing, problem-solving tools (6 Sigma, 8D, FMEA, 5-Why, Fishbone).
• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin to liaise with teams.
• Relevant technical know-how, APQP, ISIR/PPAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and contain all potential nonconforming product.
• Supervise daily EMS/QMS compliance and process improvement.
• Promote process approach and risk-based thinking for EMS/QMS effectiveness.
• Review and maintain inspection, test documents and records.
• Review calibration of equipment and related documentation.
• Review and approve First Piece Samples prior to production.
• Plan on-the-job training to meet quality objectives.
• Organize QA documentation and collaborate across departments.
