Job summary

SRX Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Business Process Engineer (QA Engineer) to optimise operational processes, implement quality assurance protocols and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will ensure products meet quality standards while streamlining processes to boost efficiency and profitability.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and at least 5 years’ related experience, with QMS/EMS internal auditing and strong knowledge of PCBA and box

Qualifications

• Experience in QA engineering and process improvement.
• Strong auditing and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 13485) and IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of PCBA and box build production processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customer audits and compliance activities including product certification.
• Review and improve business and operational processes for profitability.
• Lead Kaizen and continual improvement programs across departments.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 programs.
• Conduct audits, write quality manuals, procedures and work instructions.
• Handle incoming/outgoing inspection and analyze defects.
• Manage customer feedback and prepare quality reports for review.

About the role

SRX Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Business Process Engineer (QA Engineer) to join us. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimising operational processes, implementing quality assurance protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards whilst streamlining our business processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

Supporting customer audit and compliance including product certification (UL, CSA & etc)

Review and improve business and operational processes towards a more profitable plant and smoother day to day operation.

Kaizen / continual Improvement programs : Initiate, coordinate and implement the various operational improvements working together with various departments

Supporting ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 & IATF 16949 management system programs as necessary to improve effectiveness of quality and environmental systems.

Conduct audits, writes quality manuals, procedures and instructions in accordance with ISO Standards

Incoming and outgoing Inspection activities - perform material and product failure / defect analysis.

Handling of customer feedback.

Preparation of quality reports for management review.

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or in a related field

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Possess QMS & EMS Internal Auditing experience

Possess good knowledge of PCBA and Box Build processes

Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Sound analytical approach to problem solution
