Build a strong Quality and Reliability organization to meet and exceed customer quality requirements

Develop, implement and maintain effective Quality Management System to ensure all operations are in compliance with quality standards and expectations

Drive optimal cost of quality through effective tools and methods

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build a strong Quality and Reliability organization to meet and exceed customer quality requirements

Build and develop a strong Quality team through talent recruitment, retention and development

Identify and develop new key competencies and capability e.g. key failure analysis methods, stress capabilities etc

Provide QA leadership to catalise quality value and quality improvement actions across operation teams

Build up industry insight on emerging customer quality requirements and ensure the readiness of the operation team e.g. Class 3 requirements etc

Develop, implement and maintain effective Quality Management System to ensure all operations are in compliance with quality standards and expectations

Develop self-driven internal audit teams to drive business process compliance and effectiveness

Ensure Incoming Quality, In Process Quality, and Out Going Inspection are effectively performed with close loop feedback and corrective actions

Ensure effective change management implementation

Ensure products are meeting ROHS and REACH requirements

Facilitate effective customer audits and/or industry certification

Drive optimal cost of quality through effective tools and methods

Facilitate effective FMEA/Control plan review to ensure all risks are effectively identified and addressed

Establish and catalyse effective statistical process control (SPC) and data analytical method deployment to improve process control and data driven decisions

Drive effective both internal and external excursion management with effective containment, disposition through proper risk assessment and root cause identification and fixes

Drive quality at the source including at NPI stage to ensure quality requirements are upfront comprehended and addressed

Enable continuous quality improvement eg. adaptive sampling plan to improve productivity without jeopardizing the quality performance

REQUIREMENTS

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or related field.

2.10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within Quality.
