Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites applications for a Quality Management System (QMS) Internship based in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This role provides hands-on exposure to QMS documentation, data collection, and cross-functional coordination within a manufacturing environment.

You will support document control, assist in preparing quality reports, and help ensure compliance with QMS requirements while developing practical skills in quality assurance, auditing, and process improvement.

Quality Management System (QMS) Internship

Location: Sungai Petani, Kedah
Internship Allowance: Diploma RM900 – Degree RM1200

What You'll Learn

• Assist in maintaining the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.

• Support document control activities, including reviewing, updating, and filing procedures, work instructions and records.

• Support data collection, analysis and preparation of quality reports.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

• Perform other quality-related administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Administrative / Business Management, or a related field.

• Internship placement required by your university/college.

• Good analytical, organizational and documentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Responsible, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
