Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering a full-time internship in Quality Assurance to support quality-related operations, data collection, and reporting within the manufacturing environment.

You will assist in IQC/OQC document upkeep, equipment calibration status updates in SAP, and cooperation with the QA team on audits and CWA documentation, while developing attention to detail and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with QA tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in the manufacturing industry and an understanding of basic quality control principles.

Responsibilities

• Support quality-related operations, data collection, and reporting.
• Upkeep IQC/OQC documents.
• System transactions from location to QM-8900 location - block material handling.
• Update & cross-check QM-8900 weekly report.
• Update equipment calibration status in master list and SAP system.
• Review & update Q1 & Q2 notification status in SAP system.
• Assist in dimensional/visual inspection of incoming material.
• Assist in complaint management, audit compliance, and CWA documentation.
• Assist in the overall QA department with any task as advised by the superior.

Job requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Able to commence a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with QA tools is an advantage

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Interest in the manufacturing industry and an understanding of basic quality control principles
