Job summary

TMK Chemical Bhd. is seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Assistant to support ISO compliance across the organization. You will help coordinate audits, maintain up-to-date ISO documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will engage with stakeholders to address non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and prepare reporting for management reviews, while staying current with ISO changes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to ISO standards relevant to the organization’s operations.
• Coordinate ISO audits, inspections, and certifications.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to ISO standards, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with changes in ISO standards and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
• Prepare regular reports on compliance status and improvement initiatives for management review.
• Compile data and statistics for regulatory reporting and submissions related to ISO compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of ISO certification processes and audits.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and updates effectively to all levels of the organisation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ISO compliance.
• Propose and implement measures to streamline processes and improve efficiency in ISO and quality management systems.
• Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate suggestions for enhancing ISO compliance efforts.
• Perform any other tasks as required and instructed by the superior or Management.
