Job summary

TMK Chemical Bhd. invites applications for an Internal Audit Executive to lead audit teams and oversee end-to-end audit assignments. The role requires finalising findings and reports by deadlines, engaging with auditees, and providing practical recommendations to management.

Mandarin proficiency is preferred for interactions with mandarin-speaking clients. Experience in manufacturing and strong MS Office skills are advantages, with opportunities to travel to overseas subsidiaries in Singapore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least 4 years' internal audit experience.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Mandarin language ability preferred for mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide audit members for audit assignments.
• Finalise audit assignments within the deadline.
• Conduct close audit meeting with auditee and finalise findings with practical recommendations.
• Draft and review audit reports and finalise with Head of Department.
• Present audit findings to management when needed.
• Carry out ad-hoc audit assignments as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior and Management.

Job description

To lead & guide audit members for audit assignment.

To finalise audit assignment within the deadline.

To conduct close audit meeting with auditee, finalise the audit findings and provide practical recommendations.

To draft / review audit report and finalise with Head of Department (HOD).

To present audit findings to management (when needed).

To carry out any ad-hoc audit assignment as and when required.

Any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior & the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field so long have at least 4 years experience in Internal Audit related job (internal audit in an organization or internal audit firm are acceptable).

Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Experience in manufacturing industry would be added advantage.

Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Possess good communication & presentation skills.

Opportunity to travel to oversea subsidiaries such as Singapore & Vietnam for internal audit related activities.
