Job summary

TMK Chemical Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a procurement and warehouse administrator to support purchasing, supplier sourcing, and documentation. You will manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement.

The role includes registering vendors in SAP, tracking stock levels, and maintaining accurate records for warranties and equipment. Experience in a chemicals/manufacturing environment is a plus; training and growth opportunities

Job description

To manage payment procedure – Invoice/Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Picture references, Purchase Order.
To monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
To track orders and ensure timely delivery.
To maintain tracking orders record is on track at all times.
To ensure documentation are documented accordingly.
To handle orders and proceed sourcing suppliers / vendors for stationary & Miscellaneous items.
To register vendor information in SAP system.
To acts as the central point for Procurement and Warehouse either in process or documentation.
To record, track and documented the warranty of all machineries & equipment.
To perform any other tasks as and when required and instructed by the superior or by the Management.
