Job summary

TMK Chemical in Malaysia is seeking a store supervisor to assist with stock arrangement, record monthly stock takes and manage housekeeping of the warehouse and office storage areas.

The role involves maintaining documentation such as Delivery Orders, RFQs, Purchase Orders, MRFs and Collection Advice, and performing other tasks as directed by the supervisor or management. Based in Selangor, the position requires attention to detail and teamwork while adhering to safety and filing standards.

Responsibilities

• To assist store supervisor on arrangement stocks.
• To record monthly stock take.
• To in charge of housekeeping warehouse and office warehouse.
• To maintain proper documentation fillings - Delivery Order (DO), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Order (PO), Materials Request Form (MRF), Collection Advice.
• To perform any other tasks as and when required and instructed by the superior or by the Management.
