Job summary

PHN Industry Sdn Bhd, a DRB-HICOM Bhd subsidiary, is expanding its automotive components manufacturing and is seeking a Quality Management professional to lead and improve the Quality Management System.

The role focuses on KPI-driven performance, cross-functional engagement, and training to build competency, with emphasis on root-cause analysis and corrective actions within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Automotive, Quality Management, Manufacturing or related.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, 8D problem solving, QC tools, RCA and control plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Analyze and report quality performance through KPI tracking and data-driven insights.
• Develop employee competency through quality training and awareness programs.
