Job summary

PHN Industry Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Quality Management professional to manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with customer requirements.

The role involves analyzing KPI data, reporting performance, developing training to boost employee competence, coordinating cross-functional quality activities, and leading root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Automotive, Quality Management , Manufacturing or related.
• Knowledge IATF 16949 8D problem solving, QC TOOLS,RCA & Control plan
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Responsibilities
