YITEN FOOD MARKETING SDN BHD is seeking an Inventory & QA/QC Executive to oversee end-to-end quality standards across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in our Rawang facility. You will ensure compliance with HACCP/GMP/ISO and maintain stock accuracy using FIFO/FEFO.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in quality control or inventory control within FMCG, with hands-on audit and CAPA experience and proficiency in ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in quality control, food safety, or inventory control in FMCG/ snack manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Halal, MeSTI, or local food sanitation laws.
• Hands-on experience with physical inventory auditing and ERP/WMS systems.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain QA systems, SOPs, and hygiene protocols for snack production.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, MeSTI, Halal, or FDA guidelines where applicable.
• Lead internal hygiene and food safety audits across processing, frying/baking, seasoning, and packaging areas.
• Manage customer quality complaints; perform root-cause analyses and CAPA.
• Inspect raw ingredients and packaging materials against quality criteria prior to inventory acceptance.
• Conduct real-time quality monitoring on processing lines (seal integrity, weight, moisture, oil quality, metal detection, sensory).
• Sample and approve finished snack lots before release; quarantine non-conforming batches.
• Maintain stock accuracy for raw materials, packaging, quarantined stock, and finished goods using FIFO/FEFO.
• Perform physical stock counts and investigate variances; reconcile with system records.
• Generate weekly/monthly QA/QC performance, scrap rate, stock discrepancy, and audit compliance reports for senior management.
