Job summary

CARJEN FOOD SDN BHD is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to ensure QMS compliance with ISO 9001:2015, HACCP and food regulations. You will oversee document control, internal audits, supplier and product quality issues, CAPA implementation, and management reviews. Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field, at least 3 years in food manufacturing QA, and hands-on experience with ISO certification processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Science, Engineering, food science, or quality management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in food manufacturing QA, audits, and documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, Codex and food regulations.
• Hands-on experience with ISO certification processes, including surveillance audits and recertification.
• Preferably certified Competent Person by DOE for WWTP management (CePIETSO-BP).
• Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QMS implementation and continual improvement.
• Manage document and record control for QA procedures and forms.
• Lead internal audits, management reviews, and CAPA activities.
• Coordinate external and customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, COA, NCRs, and audit reports.
• Train personnel to strengthen quality awareness.
