Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC professional to ensure GMP compliance and product quality in a food manufacturing facility. You will monitor production, perform sampling and testing, and maintain accurate records for batch release.

You will collaborate with QA and Production, apply HACCP and 5S standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Competenze

• Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent; SPM with relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, 5S, and Chemical Handling.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and reporting systems.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Monitor production and packing processes to ensure quality.
• Perform sampling, inspection, and testing of materials and products.
• Record QC test results and maintain quality documentation.
• Conduct line clearance and start-up checks before production.
• Perform quality checks during processing, filling, and canning.
• Review CIP results and swab tests for hygiene.
• Identify quality abnormalities and follow up on issues.
• Collaborate with QA and Production to maintain quality.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP and food safety compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
