Job summary

SternMaid Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant in Malaysia to support Halal submissions, prepare documentation, and maintain filing systems. The role also covers QA support, sample weighing, preparation, and shipment, plus retention-sample management and disposal of expired samples.

You will assist with laboratory operations, sample shipments, and responding to customer requests while handling other Quality Department tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Food Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
