Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead our QC team and drive quality excellence across our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring quality control activities align with procedures, driving continuous improvement, and serving as the main liaison between internal teams and customers.

You will collaborate on new product introductions and troubleshoot high failure-rate issues on the production line, organizing and motivating the QC team

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in injection molding is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

• Oversee execution of inspection plans and methods as specified in inspection checklists.
• Monitor quality trends and develop improvement plans for implementation.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers on all quality-related issues.

• Participate in new project introductions and high failure-rate line investigations, including experimentation and evaluation to improve product quality.
