Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead the QC team and drive quality excellence across manufacturing operations, with a focus on injection molding and new product introductions. You will ensure quality control activities follow established procedures, oversee inspection plans, monitor trends, and liaise with internal teams and customers on quality issues.

You will also organize, upskill, and motivate the QC team to achieve shared quality objectives

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
Experience in injection molding is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Ensure QC teams carry out quality control activities in line with established procedures.
Oversee execution of inspection plans and methods as specified in inspection checklists.
Monitor quality trends and develop improvement plans for implementation.
Liaise with internal teams and customers on all quality-related issues.
Organize, upskill, and motivate the QC team toward shared quality objectives.
Participate in new project introductions and high failure-rate line investigations, including experimentation and evaluation to improve product quality.
